The Our Saviour's nursery is provided during our 9:00 and 10:30 am worship services for children from infancy until they are eligible for enrollment in Sunday School (which is age 3 by September 1st of any given year).
Moms and Tots Group is a new ministry that features a few choices for participation; you can join them all or choose which of the following works with your schedule. The Mom & Tots Group theme for the 2013-2014 program year is "A Year of Encouragement".
Looking for support and encouragement as a mom? Join us once a month and enjoy meaningful conversation, laughter, and friendship as you’re supported in your journey through parenthood. Babysitting will be available for you. All moms and dads are welcome!
Looking for some fun? A monthly activity will be planned for moms and tots to go on together and enjoy fun and fellowship. There will be a different activity each month. Some examples are; picnics at the park, a children's museum visit, or a visit to the pumpkin farm.
Want to get your groove on? This class is designed for children ages 12 months through preschool, but younger kids are welcome too. It is held the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 10:00am. We spend our time singing, dancing, doing fun activities, and reading stories to get the kids moving.
Sunday School is held each Sunday from September through May during the 9:00 and 10:30 am worship services. Children, 3 year olds through fifth graders, gather together for the Bible lesson, then rotate out into sessions of music, crafts, science, movies, or food that reinforces the Biblical lesson of the day.
Our Saviour’s offers an exciting week of Vacation Bible School, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon during one week in July. Children age 3 (must be toilet trained) through 5th grade participate in Bible stories, skits, crafts, outdoor games, indoor games, and the ever-popular themed-snack. Teens are VBS helpers. Parents are volunteers. Everyone gets involved and enjoys a special worship event celebrating the week's fun and Bible-based lessons. The Jubilation children's choirs meet on Wednesday evenings for dinner then rehearsal. All children's choirs perform in worship services about once a month.
Our Saviour’s has choirs for all ages:
1) The Joyful Sound Choir is for preschool children.
2) The Rejoice! Choir is for Kindergarteners, 1st and 2nd Graders.
3) The Hallelujah Choir is for 3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders.

A group of children rehearse on Wednesday evenings for dramatic skits which they present to their fellow Sunday School students on several Sundays throughout the school year.
Follow the Star is our annual Christmas play that is performed by the children and youth of Our Saviour's. Third through eighth graders are encouraged to participate. There are more than 20 speaking parts available. The "Follow the Star" performance is given in December.
This is a program for kids who are kindergarten age and up. We use a "Veggie Tales" curriculum that features movies, activities, and games to reinforce core-value lessons. This group meets the second Friday of each month 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
Jr. S.A.L.T. (Service and Learning Team) is a service project program for 3rd through 5th grade children. This group completes monthly service projects by assisting people in need. Participants experience important life skills like being responsible and organized, taking a leadership role, and sharing a caring spirit.
Children in 3rd grade are invited to participate in the preparation for their First Communion. A special 3-hour class is required, as well as participation in the Seder Dinner. Children and their families create their own banner to commemorate the occasion. First Communion is offered in April and May during the worship services.
