Note: Most OSLC Communications are Adobe PDF files, which preserves the appearance of the actual document. However, viewing PDF files with modems having transfer speeds of less than 56K will result in long load times (e.g. modem speeds of 28.8K may take about a half second per kb to load; thus a 120kb file could take about one minute). In those cases, we recommend you view the HTML version, which although it won't have the appearance of the actual document, will load very quickly. All are edited for the internet.
