But just as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us—see that you also excel in this grace of giving.
–2 Corinthians 8:7

Simply Giving® is an automated giving program designed to help you conveniently and consistently contribute to Our Saviour's. Through Simply Giving®, your gifts are made through a pre-authorized withdrawal from your bank account. You determine the frequency and amount of your automatic gift—weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. There is no cost to you. Online giving is not only easy, but also safe and secure. Click here for a Simply Giving Application/Authorization Form. After you fill it out, please return your form to the Church Office.
Stock transactions may be donated to Our Saviour's by notifying Jim Valentine, 847-255-8700, ext 231. You will receive a tax deduction for the current value of the stock, even if you paid much less for it. You avoid paying capital gains tax on the appreciation in value (as long as you have held the stock for at least one year.)
Donate in 2013 for your 2014 commitment for a tax advantage.
Check to see if your employer has a matching gift program.

Remember Our Saviour’s in your will or other estate planning document and inform the church of that decision. By remembering Our Saviour’s in your estate planning, you will help assure that the next 50 years are as dynamic as the first 50 years of our church’s life. Estate gifts are added to the Mission Endowment Fund of the church. Each year the interest earned on the principal of this fund is used to fund unexpected challenges and new opportunities. The Mission Endowment Fund can receive many forms of gifts including bequests, life insurance, securities, real estate, or retirement assets. You need not wait until your will is read to contribute to the Mission Endowment Fund. Gift of cash or stock of any amount can be donated as often as you wish during your lifetime, as well. Click here to view the brochure.
The Heritage Society is a way of encouraging the members of Our Saviour's to remember the church in their will or estate plan. Society members will be provided with annual reports explaining how gifts are being used for the work of the church. Click here to view the brochure.
