The theme of the 2009 Womens Christmas Lunch was "I'm Dreaming of a Green Christmas" as the audience of over 100 women was addressed by two members of the OSLC "Green Team". They told us about holiday earth-friendly practices and green New Year's resolutions. We used WELCA members' own china for our place settings, eliminating the waste that would result from using disposable plates and napkins.
