This new yoga class will help de-stress and relax your mind and body, and renew your spirit as we meditate on positive and encouraging Bible passages. All are welcome at Contemplative, Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga, Fridays, October 4 - 25, from 1:30 to 2:30pm.
First we'll flow through poses, then relax and release as we hold other more restorative poses.
This is a drop-in class for everyone, all levels are welcome. We could be standing or laying down for certain poses, but all poses can be modified if you would like to sit in a chair. Bring a yoga mat (we have a few to borrow), a bed-size pillow, and lightweight blanket or throw.
